Bravo Personal Care Scope and Services

The Agency is dedicated to providing professional caregiving such that you can remain safely in your home.

Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week using an answering service and on-call procedures after normal working hours, weekends, and holidays.  As needed, staff may be assigned to make patient visits after normal business hours.

We offer personal care services and to the extent that appropriate staff is hired to provide services:

Companions:

1.     Provide routine housekeeping, meal preparation, accompanying, watchful oversight and engagement.

2.    These services are provided on an hourly basis.

Home Care Aides:

1.     The Home Care Aides provide Companion services plus Assist with bathing, haircare, dressing, medication reminders, incontinent care and dementia care.

2.     These services are provided on an hourly basis.

These HCA services are primarily provided to our Veterans.

Veterans:

 1.     Veterans may qualify for HCA services through the Dept. of Veterans Affairs. 

 2.     Veterans receive one on one care from our Caregivers based on hours awarded by the Dept. of Veteran Affairs. Click on "VA Benefits" below to find out how. Or speak with your VA representative.
